I am 38 weeks pregnant and a ftm. Last Wednesday I was told that I am 3cm dilated and that my son could come anytime. Well today is the second day in a row that I have just been sick to my stomach and had diarrhea. Along side that, I've been having contractions on and off (not close enough to time) that start yesterday afternoon. Should I be concerned or is me feeling sick a sign of going into labor?
